As our Elimination Diet journey continues, we are "celebrating"having over 2 weeks with no symptoms which were a weekly (and sometimes daily) issue. For over two weeks there have been no rashes, itchy skin as well as more calm and, dare I say, homework and assignment work is being completed (on time) with no tears and frustration.
The journey will continue and for us it may well be a lifetime path of watching what we eat. However, from where we were just a couple of months ago till now?! Well, I won't be changing back to "fast foods"even the "Healthy"ones in a hurry.
I would rather a calm household any day.
