1 fresh young coconut
1 tablespoon avocado
1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
tiny pinch of sea salt
cacao nibs, optional
1. Place all ingredients except cacao nibs in a high speed blender.
2. Blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cacao nibs, to serve.
