I have to admit Bobby Flay has become one chef I enjoy learning from. His easy to make, healthy yet delicious looking food is inspiring. Also he uses ingredients that are generally easy to purchase, however, he also lets you know what substitutes you can use if it's not so easy to find.
We have been enjoying watching him cook. Well one recipe has become a staple in our house at the moment (well a version of the recipe 😄)
